Newly completed, Lavenvelle's main house has three large bedroom suites on the second level, each with spacious private bathrooms, generous closets, and outdoor patios.

The Ocean Suite is a separate sanctuary adjacent to the main house complete with a lovely bedroom and bathroom, living room, and kitchenette.

A large infinity pool overlooks the sea, and guests are just steps away from two beaches. Sandy Beach is ideal for sunning, bodysurfing, and picnicking. Mermaid's Chair, a dramatic "double-beach" where the cooler Atlantic Ocean and the warmer Caribbean Sea converge and blend, is perfect for swimming, exploring, and beach-combing.

A fully equipped private home gym with new equipment is available for an additional fee and signing of waiver. Adults over the age of 18 only. Please ask for additional details.

There are security cameras on the exterior of the Villa for owner and guest safety.

The attractions of town are a short 20-minute drive away. Here you'll enjoy world-class shopping, gourmet and casual dining, grocery stores, ferries, entertainment, nightlife, and tours.
