The outdoor areas expand your living space during your stay with a spacious covered balcony that hosts a gas grill and comfortable patio furniture for you to relax while you take in the view and the sea breezes.

The sleeping quarters are air conditioned with a queen size Simmons mattress and top quality linens, promising a good night’s sleep after a day of St. John adventures. An en-suite bathroom with dual vanity sinks and a walk-in, glass enclosed shower ensures that you’ll enjoy every comfort in your home away from home during your stay.

Recently, Happy Place received top to bottom complete remodel, including all new appliances and furnishings! In 2019, a "TESLA POWERWALL" Solar System was installed, which creates clean, renewable power from the sun and ensures that when the power goes down on island, the lights stay on at Happy Place.
